Job Summary:

The Regional Commercial Director will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for Hispanic America, working closely with the Senior Management team to develop and implement regional plans. This role will oversee the management team in Mexico, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and ensuring compliance with Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. (MEAU) protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability in Hispanic America.
  • Oversee the management team in Mexico, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business plans.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with MEAU protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement regional plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a regulatory or compliance function, particularly involving cleared derivatives.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships within a global setting.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Computer proficiency, with knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • International travel experience.
  • Previous experience executing M&A.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese Culture as it pertains to business conduct and communication.
