Key Responsibilities:

- Business Operations: Oversee daily business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. (MEAU) protocols and regulations.
- Performance Management: Analyze accounting and financial data to inform business decisions and evaluate performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years in a regulatory or compliance function, particularly involving cleared derivatives.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of industrial automation products & solutions, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- International travel experience
