The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled People Ops Analyst to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America and the US.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and the US.
- Collect and verify employee information, process leave requests, and ensure accurate documentation for payroll processing.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers, managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Oversee the receipt and processing of invoices related to People Ops and benefits services, ensuring timely payment and vendor satisfaction.
- Foster a positive company culture by coordinating employee engagement activities, initiatives, and events for SSLatam and US.
- Provide exceptional support to office employees and vendors, addressing operational needs, communicating policies, and ensuring compliance with people practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent People Operations support and participate in various People Team activities.
- Continuously improve processes, suggesting new ways of working and collaborating with ideas.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and practices is desirable.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced English skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong multitasking and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience in a tech company is a plus.
