**About the Role**

At Encora, we are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining collaboration solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 Suite.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and other related tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess business needs, and develop customized solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement governance policies, best practices, and standards for M365 collaboration tools to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, features, and updates within the M365 ecosystem, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our collaboration infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures, including access controls, data protection, and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in engineering, implementing, and administering collaboration solutions using the Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, architecture, and best practices, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate are a plus.
