Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Speedcast. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This is a critical role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of our services to customers, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are delivered on time.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that service delivery is aligned with customer expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve service delivery issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners to find solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve service delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that service delivery is aligned with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in service delivery and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of service delivery processes and customer service principles.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification is an asset.
