About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geozone Business Manager PPS to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing the global product line strategy at the geozone level, including identifying and creating new commercial models, implementing new technology, and driving top-line product line growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety, Security & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with our security, compliance, and HSE policies.
  • Quality: Responsible for being familiar with our quality policies and taking an active role in the compliance and improvement of our quality management system.
  • Technology & Product Line Strategy: Define the geozone product line strategy in collaboration with global product line leaders and country directors, and ensure all applicable components are developed and executed across the geozone.
  • Communication: Serve and maintain effective communications with all key stakeholders, including global product lines, quality, and external customers.
  • Financial & Performance: Actively participate in enhancing gross margin and monitor geozone product line P&L, costs, and revenue forecasts to identify and improve financial performance and growth.
  • People & Development: Lead product line geozone capability and competency development, and actively participate in talent development and succession planning for critical roles across the geozone and enterprise level.
Requirements
  • Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university, or diploma/certificate with relevant work experience.
  • LAM Region Experience: Required experience in the LAM region, with a strong understanding of markets like Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia.
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in an engineering, service delivery, or related functional role, with subject matter expertise in designated product lines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leadership position driving influence cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Significant relevant experience in product line-related capacities, with strong knowledge of technologies and commercial strategies, quality assurance, and philosophies.
Travel Requirement

This role may require domestic and international travel of up to 25-50%.
