Your Key Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the Global Quality IT team, you will drive the delivery and operations of laboratory applications, ensuring seamless integration with Novartis Operations laboratories.
- Partner with Quality Control personnel to understand business needs and priorities, delivering tailored solutions to meet end-user requirements.
- Provide day-to-day support and engagement with external teams, ensuring the successful delivery and operations of LabWare LIMS.
- Develop and maintain critical documentation to support process design and implementation within the Quality Control area.
- Collaborate with QC stakeholders across time zones to identify and address risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams, driving innovation and excellence in IT operations.
- Identify and prioritize technology enhancements for QC-IT systems, working closely with business stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of LabWare LIMS, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
- Contribute to vendor governance activities, ensuring effective partnerships and risk management.
- Other responsibilities may include escalation management and strategic planning, as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a focus on IT and laboratory systems.
- LIMS Administrator or Super User experience, preferably with LabWare LIMS.
