About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Delivery to lead our technology and engineering teams through complex, full life cycle implementation in a world-class company.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality products and services, with a strong focus on strategic planning, leadership, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the strategic direction for delivery operations, including setting long-term goals and identifying opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Lead and manage teams responsible for the delivery of products or services, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal product teams, understanding their needs and ensuring that delivery meets or exceeds their expectations.
  • Ensure that delivery strategies are aligned with the broader business objectives of the company, including revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including internal product customers, team members, and senior management, to ensure transparency and buy-in for delivery strategies.
  • Encourage innovation in service delivery methods to stay competitive and meet changing market demands.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of delivery operations and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify potential risks to delivery timelines, budgets, or quality, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Oversee the budget for delivery operations, including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in project management, program management, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing large teams and complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and lead teams, including hiring, training, and performance management, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

A bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's degree such as an MBA being a plus.

Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other industry-specific certifications can be advantageous.
