Job Description

A visionary leader is sought for a pivotal role at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Visual Merchandising Manager or Brand Expression Lead, focusing on the BE portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in retail design/planning with global brands.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 per annum, based on industry standards, the company's expectations, and the candidate's qualifications and performance.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving business plans aligned with brand leaders for the LS&Co. brand portfolio, linked to merchandising, brand marketing, consumer marketing initiatives, and achieving the best visual impact to elevate brand presentation, consumer experience, and business targets.
  • Delivering on brand equity, traffic, sales, conversion, market share growth, and new consumer acquisition in cluster retail stores and wholesale locations, supporting growth plans to elevate visual merchandising impact, local creative services, deliver criteria, and training tools for on-floor execution across all channels.
  • Understanding wholesale and retail channels within malls or standalone stores, along with product assortment and channel scope, to align with merchandising seasonal calendars and guarantee integrated experiences.
  • Maintaining a strong alignment and interaction with demand planning teams to ensure product assortment supports marketing and BE strategies, delivered on time in stores by channel and brand.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Proven background in retail design/planning (apparel retail preferred), with a solid understanding of store design, marketing, operations, real estate, construction, procurement, and outside agencies and architecture firms.
  • Negotiation and managing up to internal and external partners, with strong follow-up skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
  • Experience with various printed mediums, materials, and large-format printing, ability to comprehend logical page structure, readability, and visual hierarchy.
  • Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
