Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our Brand Environment team, you will be responsible for driving visual merchandising strategies across our retail channels, including mainline stores, wholesale locations and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that drive sales and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand expression across all touchpoints
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and consumer behavior
  • Analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising strategies and optimize store layouts
  • Lead and manage a team of visual merchandising specialists to ensure delivery of high-quality displays and fixtures
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness through effective visual merchandising strategies
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including store layout, fixture installation and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
