Visual Merchandising and Brand Experience Manager

About the Role:
You will be responsible for executing institutional Sephora campaigns, brand new launches, seasonal product updates, store redesigns/reconfigurations, endcaps, and outposts in all Open door Retail locations in Mexico. You will ensure that these activities align with the local and global marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a perfect Store program to guarantee VM activities and KPIs
- Maintain project-related materials, documents, sales records, and assist with new store decorative installations and renovations
- Drive the process for all Open Sell locations, new doors, retrofits, and updates
- Support local store maintenance requests
- Review and approve fixture drawings, costs, prototypes, graphic strips, and retailer proofs
- Budget tracking and project management skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably in beauty)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Graphic Design, or equivalent
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, IWD, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or delays
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and requirements for this role in Mexico.
