About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join Laagencia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and development, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
