Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a robust business development strategy to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
- Building and nurturing relationships with current clients while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Managing the entire sales process, tracking performance using CRM tools to consistently meet targets.
- Engaging potential clients through persuasive calls and presentations to drive sales success.
- Maintaining a dynamic prospect database and pursuing business opportunities with persistent follow-ups.
- Qualifying leads and efficiently scheduling appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team.
- Coordinating engaging demonstrations and strategically planning demos for the team.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- In-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies, including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources.

- Passion for enterprise SaaS, finance, and real estate.
