Global Business Development Professional

As a Full-Time Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our exponential growth by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, delivering presentations, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals and developing new and existing accounts in the areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Control Services, and Customs compliance services.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales experience or customer service and a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM systems are essential.
Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales quotas established by Sales Management, developing and maintaining an objective and comprehensive sales strategy, prospecting and qualifying new sales leads, scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects, preparing and delivering company services presentations, negotiating and closing service proposals aimed to fulfill customer's needs, coordinating with other team members and departments the setup of new customers accounts, closely monitoring the performance of all accounts aiming to assure customer satisfaction and service recurrence, and maintaining a close communication and developing strong relationships with all customers to seek new business opportunities aligned with company's service offer.
