About Our Client

Our client is a leading international private automotive Tier 2 - Tier 3 metal stamping parts supplier.

Job Summary

  1. Lead and coordinate the manufacturing operations: production, supply chain, maintenance.
  2. Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure proper product functionality.
  3. Utilize ERP systems and Excel analysis for inventory management, production planning, and other operational tasks.
  4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  5. Plan the use of human resources, including assignment of personnel and machine capacity.
  6. Monitor performance OEE and implement continuous improvements to drive productivity.

Requirements

  1. Engineering Bachelor's Degree
  2. At least 10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations within the automotive suppliers industry.
  3. Understanding of ERP systems and Excel
  4. Proven leadership abilities in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  5. Strong communication skills and team management.
  6. IATF 16949 & ISO 9001
