About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support throughout all phases of project delivery, including estimate development, solution design review, documentation creation, and peer code reviews.
- Design and develop system architecture and integrations within Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services integration (REST, SOAP, WSDL, JAXWS).
- Integrate enterprise software systems with ServiceNow using LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on, and web services integrations.
- Leverage strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, and relational databases.
- Collaborate on managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion across various instances.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer.
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow components, such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc.
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities.
- Experience in service portal development.
