About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a leading IT services company that offers a unique blend of consulting, technology, and business process services. We are seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Have experience with HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors and SAP.
  • Understand HR processes from hire to retire.
  • Have excellent Excel skills and basic formula knowledge.
  • Be fluent in English and possess good communication skills.
  • Have a good understanding of HR operations and customer service principles.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing HR transactions.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Fluent English and good communication skills.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch break. Morning shift: 8 am - 5 pm. Afternoon shift: 11 am - 8 pm. Hybrid model: 2 days a week at the office. Located at Technology Park, Tata 4. Work on weekends, once a month.

Full-time position, salary up to $30,000.00 per month. Includes benefits and perks.
