About the Role

The Business Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the seamless integration and optimization of our sales CRM and its integrations with other relevant platforms. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to drive projects that impact top-line and bottom-line metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Impact: Develop and implement projects that drive revenue growth and process efficiency, presenting outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Build Scalable Tools: Design and implement scalable tools and processes for global Sales and Operations teams, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build relationships with Sales and Operations leaders across geographies to implement change management through new tool and process implementation, improving sales metrics and driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in sales processes and metrics, with a focus on configuring sales CRM systems (zoho preferable).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, prioritizing tasks and directing efforts to drive business outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
