The Role

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Strategist to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to propose solutions that meet their needs.
  • Show tact and confidence in communicating with client stakeholders, ensuring that you are always representing our company in a professional manner.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract and engage high-caliber talent, using a range of techniques and technologies.
  • Use data and analytics to measure the success of your sourcing strategies, and adapt your approach as needed.
  • Track progress and performance on all applicable systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in passive sourcing using a range of techniques and technologies, including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Experience of using a range of tools and systems, including in-house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Competent and confident in using MS Office, Windows, and other similar products.
  • Experience working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Desirable Skills

  • Specialist sourcing experience, with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive talent.
  • Familiarity with one or more sectors that we operate in, such as Defense, Engineering, Technology, Pharmaceutical, or Financial Services.
