About the Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team, you will be responsible for leading the FPA Content Licensing function and working closely with our business partners to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Lead the FPA Content Licensing team to ensure timely delivery of planning and reporting responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement key initiatives and drive business outcomes
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts and planners
  • Ensure the ongoing development of team members through training, coaching, and mentoring
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of related professional experience, with at least 8 years in a management position
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes
  • Experience managing large teams and driving business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
