About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at 332 Discovery Networks Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. as a key member of our Finance department. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial planning and analysis support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business strategy and drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large corporate or multinational organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP and Excel
