Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Teletrac Navman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues related to our proprietary software and hardware.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of fleet management solutions. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware using necessary tools and resources.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of complex issues.
- Document all incidents and requests, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
- Develop strong knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a help desk or customer support environment.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.About Us
