Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic **Customer Support Specialist,** who has proven experience performing a wide variety of telephone service transactions and providing member service within the call center environment, to provide customer assistance.
**About you**:
You are a resource for identifying and resolving member service issues and enhancing the member experience by providing distinctive quality service.
Teamwork: Your ability to foster and exchange creative ideas, to provide practical solutions to problems, will be used to promote innovation.
Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish)
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency
- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
- Call Center Experience not needed but preferable, min 1-year experience in Customer Service, 6 months experience in baking/finance tech industry
- Schedule availability
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Base salary up to $16,800
- Up to $3,000 Performance Bonus
- $2,000 Training Bonus
