Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our product development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards, including APQP, IATF 16949, and Core Tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including MS Project or equivalent software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
