  • Budget and Cost Control: Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and other resources.
  • Communications and Stakeholder Management: Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, milestones, and risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in construction project management, with experience in overseeing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software for scheduling and project control.
