Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Expeditors. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to take on a challenging role in business development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development, with experience in logistics and transportation industry.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand market share.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND OFFER SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THOSE NEEDS.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in logistics and transportation industry.
- Proven track record of success in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and training programs.
