Job Overview:
AABB seeks a seasoned Sales Specialist to spearhead sales of products/systems/services within a designated market, aligning with our strategic objectives. Reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager III, you will be responsible for driving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Formulate competitive bids, taking into account best available product mix and technical considerations. Ensure timely and detailed documentation, including accurate costing.

  • Manage all aspects of bid preparation, including technical, financial, and project management components.
  • Collect and archive relevant documentation, recording assumptions and decisions made during the development process.
  • Regularly report bid status using defined tools and analyze reasons for lost and won tenders.
  • Identify potential risks on bids, quotations, and estimates, providing information for risk review in accordance with AABB policy.
  • Responsible for collecting and collating necessary information to prepare proposals, including technical and cost elements.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Identify potential vendors for equipment and materials required in projects and evaluate supplier offers against specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced Electrical or Industrial Engineer with technical skills and 5 years of experience in similar positions. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel Intermediate - Advanced), with previous experience working with medium voltage equipment. Strong knowledge of Electric and new informatic technologies. Intermediate-Advanced English level.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
