Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain monthly and annual sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Support the development of future market analysis for the business based on trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather data and ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sales and marketing activities.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business needs.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred, with both written and verbal skills.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar field/industry is required; 8+ years of experience in the power and energy industry is preferred.
- Candidates with more years of experience may be eligible for a more senior-level position.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication; effective approach in team settings.
- Results-oriented demeanor with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
