**Job Summary**

The Customer Contract Manager is a key member of the Enovis Surgical team, responsible for supporting sales leadership and sales agents in the assigned geographic region to drive market access, growth, and profitability. This role requires a strategic business partner who can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customer influencers to achieve sales and marketing financial targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead customer contract administration, including contract strategy and negotiation, RFP response, contract extensions, and amendments. Efficiently add new products and technologies to existing contracts. Build and grow strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and customer decision makers. Collaborate with Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, and other internal teams to optimize support and execution across the assigned geography. Effectively represent and market Enovis' value proposition to all customer stakeholders.

**Requirements and Skills:**

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Strong English verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with a medical device or related company. Deep experience in medical device contracting, pricing, reimbursement, or related areas. Demonstrated track record of successful negotiation and project management abilities. Expert proficiency in Excel and other critical business tools.

**Experience:**

Lead customer contract administration, strategy, negotiation: 3 years (preferred)

**Language:**

More than 90% English (required)
