Business Development Manager, New Markets

We are seeking a talented New Business Account Manager to drive sales growth and expansion in underpenetrated markets. This role will require a strategic and consultative approach to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
• Act as a business partner to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in targeted markets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
• Excellent understanding of Steelcase's products and services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
