Our Composite Sealing Systems Division is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our Life Science Business Unit. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, training, talent development, organizational development, performance management, labor relations, and creating a positive work environment that adheres to Mexican Labor Law.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success. As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to driving business growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Your expertise in HR processes and procedures will enable us to optimize our human capital and enhance overall performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA being preferred. A strong understanding of Mexico Federal Labor Law and Social Security is essential. The successful candidate will also demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in a manufacturing environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
