Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and timely completion
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to partners, resolving questions and problems in a timely manner
  • Guide partners through our internal platform, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Assist partners in the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Maintain close communication with the Sales Team, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration
  • Translate new deals provided by the Sales Team into standardized information for operational purposes
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver exceptional service to partners

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with partners. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. You should be able to handle delicate conversations with a calm, problem-solving approach. Advanced English and Spanish level is required. You should be a go-ahead type of person, organized and motivated, with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
