Customer Support Specialist

Wood Mackenzie is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-evolving global Customer Support team. As a key member of our Customer Organization, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to communicate and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer information in Salesforce CRM system.
  • Provide customer-specific guidance on how to utilize our platforms, helping customers optimize the value of our software, data, and analytical solutions.
  • Support product and role configuration tasks, and management of ongoing user-level entitlement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a B2B customer-facing role is desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent level of work experience.
  • Strong time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, writing, and verbal).
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with strangers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite a plus, but not required.
