Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and secure high-quality deals with landlords, developers, and shopping centers to meet our business objectives.
  • Travel to potential sites to assess their viability and negotiate terms that benefit Autozone.
  • Collaborate with our research team to identify new trade areas and analyze market trends to inform our site selection process.
  • Review due diligence reports and provide recommendations on site suitability and viability.
  • Partner with our legal, construction, finance, and pre-construction teams to validate purchase and sale agreements and execute site closures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Law, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail real estate, site location, and management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead cross-functional teams.
