Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic analyses to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion in the North America and Latin America regions.
- Partner with Payments Managers, Product Managers, and senior regional leadership to prioritize and assess the impact of new initiatives.
- Monitor the performance of payments processing across multiple markets and payment methods.
- Support payment partner engagement with digital wallets, banking institutions, gift card service providers, and card networks.
- Collaborate with peers in other F&S functions to develop a holistic view of the business on a market level.
- Improve our analytical tooling and efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role in management consulting or a tech firm.
- Payments experience in the direct-to-consumer space or at a fintech is preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills, proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor's or master's degree with emphasis on quantitative coursework is preferred.
- Outstanding command of English, both written and spoken.
