About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Strategist to join our team at Innovamat. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Assess and improve the performance of our revenue teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities and analyze the impact of business initiatives on revenue growth.
  • IDentify customer needs and communicate the value proposition through solution-based selling.
  • Analyze metrics to optimize business performance by creating company-specific KPI dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze forecasts quantitatively and qualitatively to improve them.
  • Work closely with all Innovamat Business Teams to understand their needs and challenges.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for our mission and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • High level of self-initiative and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
