About the Role
This position is crucial in developing and executing the country commercial strategy, ensuring delivery of market share & profitability growth across EDGE verticals. The ideal candidate will lead the LATAM EDGE team to ensure ZURU captures or over-indexes its Share of Shelf vs competitors, working closely with commercial, marketing & supply teams to achieve distribution goals and maximize performance at shelf.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the commercial strategy for the LATAM market, leveraging it to build strategic relationships across the LATAM retail/distributor market
- Lead cross-functional business teams to drive over-achievement against customer sales performance, P&L, and supply metrics
- Foster a team culture that supports achievement of record-breaking market disruption and rapid growth
- Constantly add value by developing and improving commercial processes to improve performance and drive efficiencies
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of senior sales or commercial leadership roles within the consumer goods industry, preferably in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Key skills include strong commercial & business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving capability, and communication & influencing skills.
