Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? Lectra Gruppe is seeking a Sales Director for Mexico and Central America. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing a regional sales strategy that drives growth and revenue.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global leader in the industry and contribute to our success. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Your primary function will be to develop the business in the Fashion and other industries markets in Mexico and Central America using various combinations of Lectra's broad products and services.
The position requires:
- A proven track record in direct and consultative sales of high-value solutions
- At least 5 years of sales management experience with excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- The ability to allocate accounts and territories to optimize sales opportunities
- Results-driven with a strong ability to monitor sales activities
As a Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to travel frequently, including visits to France. We offer a competitive compensation package and a chance to work in a stimulating environment.
