Job Summary

The Web Analyst will lead web analytics projects and provide key insights on eCommerce performance to stakeholders. This role involves analyzing web data, designing A/B experiments, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data pipelines, with a focus on Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead web analytics projects and deliver insights to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze and present web performance data (tests, campaigns, root cause analysis) to leadership weekly, focusing on traffic and eCommerce conversions.
  • Design and analyze A/B experiments, owning the results and reporting outcomes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior, trends, and data discrepancies using the Adobe Experience Cloud Suite.
  • Build and manage data pipelines and reporting solutions based on Adobe Analytics clickstream data.
  • Create and maintain data sets for investigative analyses and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in SQL and handling large data sets.
  • Experience with Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and GitHub is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and ensure the quality of data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with a focus on achieving goals despite organizational challenges.
Role-specific Requirements
  • Experience in web analytics, especially in eCommerce contexts.
  • Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics Workspace, Adobe Target, and clickstream data.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling is a plus.
  • Experience with Python, R, and SQL.
