**Business Delivery Manager Role**

Operates across a subset of Agile Teams, coordinating delivery across all aspects of change in support of the Value Stream Lead. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Product Owners to understand the impact of changes in backlog prioritization on delivery plans
  • Identifying and managing delivery risks across Agile Teams
  • Managing budgeting and financial management
  • Supporting detailed business case definition and business change cost estimates
  • Driving sign-off of change management approvals, including Change Framework compliance, NFRs, Data Visa, Records Management, SOX, and Data Management compliance
  • Leading vendor onboarding across Agile Teams
  • Defining business change delivery plans across multiple Agile Teams with markets, including market run-ahead activities, Change & Implementation
  • Supporting Value Stream reporting, including OKR tracking and management, and QBR with an increasing focus on self-serve
  • Identifying and managing business risks across Agile Teams and managing approvals via RMM, GRROC, etc.
  • Ensuring Business QA is informed of testing requirements and timelines, and UAT timelines are committed to

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in Agile & Lean Frameworks, Change Management Framework, and Project Management
  • Familiarity with key tools, including Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Jira, and Confluence
  • Proven track record in Operational, Planning, or Financial management roles
