As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our platform, including deployment pipelines, monitoring systems, and production environments. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our development, deployment, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our platform with Guest OS, Virtual machines, Containers and Services running on Converged Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our development, deployment, and operational processes.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect our systems and data.
- Be part of an agile team running in Kanban mode, managing projects using Kanban methodology.
- Assist with project documentation, including project plans, presentations, and status reports.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong understanding of software development and deployment processes. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in Linux system administration.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong understanding of software development and deployment processes.
- 5+ years of Linux system administration required. Suse knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency with scripting languages (bash, python, go) and automation tools (Chef, Ansible).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Incident, Change and Service Management in an Enterprise Environment.
- ITIL Certificate highly desirable.
