**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for identifying defects, discrepancies, and trends through code debugging and log analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues using SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
**Requirements**
- Experience as a L2 support engineer.
- ITIL Process experience with Service Mgmt., Knowledge Mgmt., Incident Mgmt.
- Hands-on experience in SQL (Pl/SQL), Unix, and Shell Scripting.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality at work.
