Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Sequoia Connect. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 technical support for infrastructure issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems, and collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve incidents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 technical support for infrastructure issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve incidents efficiently
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of technical solutions
- Deliver technical expertise and recommendations for infrastructure improvements
Requirements:
- Strong experience in L3 support and troubleshooting
- Solid background in infrastructure support and maintenance
- Languages: Advanced Oral English (Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English), Native Spanish
