Key Responsibilities:- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate HRIS entry.
- Partner with our Payroll vendor to ensure accurate payments and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain office services, including organizing office operations, managing internal communications, and recording employee bill-backs and cross-charging.
- Responsible for HR administrative processes related to benefits, HRIS, Leaves of Absence, Vacation Pay, and Sick Leave.
- Collaborate with Corporate HR, the Country Manager, and management to improve engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Support the Americas Internship Program and local recruiting strategies to fill approved opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of local, legal requirements related to daily employee management to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory & audit compliance.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience within Human Resources or related Human Resource Service function.
- Background in HR competencies: recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
- Experience working in a Global and Technology company and culture is preferred.
