At Altair, we're seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our Mexico team. As a key member of our Corporate Human Resources department, you will provide expert advisory support to management and employees on all Human Resource related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate HRIS entry.
  • Partner with our Payroll vendor to ensure accurate payments and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain office services, including organizing office operations, managing internal communications, and recording employee bill-backs and cross-charging.
  • Responsible for HR administrative processes related to benefits, HRIS, Leaves of Absence, Vacation Pay, and Sick Leave.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR, the Country Manager, and management to improve engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Support the Americas Internship Program and local recruiting strategies to fill approved opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local, legal requirements related to daily employee management to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory & audit compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience within Human Resources or related Human Resource Service function.
  • Background in HR competencies: recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Experience working in a Global and Technology company and culture is preferred.
