About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of human resources and business strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources and business strategies that align with PepsiCo's objectives.
  • Plan, control, and coordinate human talent to ensure a good work environment that supports employee activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve key human resources indicators, such as absenteeism, accidents, rotation, job demands, and vacancy coverage.
  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve these indicators and ensure stable workforces that support business objectives.
  • Ensure the correct execution of basic human resources processes, including registrations, terminations, transfers, work risks, demands, and other related activities.
  • Guarantee the personnel development agenda and succession of key positions in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Guarantee compliance with labor guidelines stipulated by law and PepsiCo's policies.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
  • Advanced English language skills (fluent conversational).
  • Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and Infonavit.
  • SAP and Kronos experience is a plus.
