**Position:**
**BOUTIQUE MANAGER - ARTZ PEDREGAL**

The Boutique Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store operations, and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the achievement of annual sales goals across all product categories.
  • Develop and motivate the leadership team to meet and exceed client development and individual sales targets.
  • Ensure seamless client service at all times, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to discuss progress, operations, and employee relations, and develop a comprehensive business strategy.
  • Oversee staffing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets and maximizing productivity.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit and hire top talent for the Boutique Sales and Leadership Team.
  • Partner with Corporate Office to plan and execute events that drive traffic and boost sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, working closely with Merchants and the Training Team.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns, creating an engaging in-store experience.
  • Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests.
  • Provide insights on product sell-through and client feedback to inform Merchandising decisions.
  • Manage operational processes in partnership with the Operations Manager, minimizing stock loss and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to and enforce Company policies and standards, including safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales, and record-keeping procedures.
  • Review operational reports and records to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, monitor store profitability, and manage payroll budgets.
  • Verify accuracy of inventory records, including receiving, transfers, MOS/damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV's), and charge-backs to Corporate Office.
  • Ensure adequate security measures are in place and physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
  • Address problems and develop strategies to support the Boutique's service, efficiency, and productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • 5-7 years of luxury boutique management experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Luxury Fashion Industry and Luxury Clientele.
  • Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership team and staff, build strong internal and external relationships, and utilize skills of the workforce to maximize business results.
  • Adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and understandably, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all employees.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Travel as needed.
