Suzlon Blade Technology is op zoek naar een ervaren Digital Transformation Specialist om ons R&D team in Hengelo te versterken. Wij zijn een klein bedrijf in het Oosten van het land dat zich heeft gespecialiseerd in alles op het gebied van het ontwerpen van windturbine bladen. Als Digital Transformation Specialist ben je bij Suzlon Blade Technology verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en begeleiden van de collega's in het digitaliseren van processen.

Het overkoepelende doel van al deze processen? Wereldwijde opschaling van de manier waarop duurzame energiebronnen over de hele wereld worden gebruikt. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die bezig wil zijn met hoogwaardige techniek in een jonge, innovatieve en snelgroeiende organisatie.

Belangrijke activiteiten en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je werkt in multidisciplinaire teams bij de uitvoering van de digitale transformatieprojecten;
  • Samenwerken met diverse teams om kansen te identificeren, digitale oplossingen te implementeren en succesvolle resultaten te waarborgen;
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van oplossingen om bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren en innovatie te stimuleren door effectief gebruik van digitale technologieën;
  • Effectief en enthousiasmerend communiceren van digitale transformatie strategieën over de voortgang en resultaten naar belanghebbenden op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie om acceptatie te verzekeren;
  • Ontwikkelen en geven van presentaties, workshops en trainingssessies indien nodig.

Waarvoor word je verantwoordelijk?

  • Het ontwikkelen van aangepaste interfaces voor het 3D-EXPERIENCE-platform;
  • Het uitvoeren van digitale transformatie strategieën, routekaarten en projecten;
  • Het identificeren van opkomende digitale technologieën en op de hoogte blijven van trends in digitale transformatie;
  • Het samenwerken met ontwerpafdelingen om duidelijke digitale doelstellingen te definiëren;
  • Het evalueren en selecteren van digitale tools en platforms;
  • Training geven en ondersteuning bieden aan medewerkers over digitale tools en processen;
  • Rapporteren aan de teamleider over de voortgang van digitale transformatieactiviteiten;
  • Zorgen voor gegevensbeveiliging en naleving van relevante regelgeving.

Wat is je achtergrond?
Je hebt bijvoorbeeld een master- of bachelorsdiploma op het gebied van Informatica, AI, werktuigbouwkunde of een soortgelijke opleiding met duidelijk affiniteit met techniek. Je bent praktisch ingesteld en gestructureerd van karakter. Je bent creatief en kunt het idee ook vormgeven in de praktijk. Daarnaast heb je:

  • Bekendheid met UI-frameworks zoals Vuetify, Bootstrap;
  • Vaardigheid in het schrijven, ontwerpen en creëren van programma's met behulp van Python;
  • Inzicht in effectief gebruik en beheer van Big-Data;
  • Bewezen ervaring in digitale transformatieprojecten;
  • Diepgaand begrip van digitale technologieën, waaronder cloud computing, IoT en AI.
