Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner - Training and Communication Specialist to join our team at Oshkosh Equipment Manufacturing S. De R.L. De C.V. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating training programs, as well as implementing organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire training process, including needs assessment, program development, and evaluation.
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our team members.
  • Conduct an organization-wide training needs assessment and identify the skills and knowledge required for each position.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain training plans, programs, and records, as well as training and competency development tools.
  • Implement manuals, procedures, and regulations related to training and development.
  • Work with production areas to deliver face-to-face training and certify team members in specific skills.
  • Train production trainers/instructors and administer their development.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements related to training and development.
  • Capture and upload training and course information to the SIRCE platform.
  • Plan and implement the company's internal communication process, including measurement, planning, communication, advising, and evaluation.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including releases, newsletters, and magazines.
Authority and Decision-Making

This role has the authority to report and/or stop any activity that may put at risk the integrity of any person within the plant, as well as make decisions related to quality and business success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eight (8) or more years of relevant human resources experience.
  • Proven work experience as a training coordinator, trainer, or training facilitator, with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of STPS procedures and regulations, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • At least 5 years of experience in organizational communication.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Matrix skills and standardized training.
  • Formation of high-performance and/or self-directed teams.
  • Experience in software/training programs for control and administration of training.
  • Experience in designing and implementing internal training institutes.
  • Experience in regularization programs for secondary and high school level.
  • Experience in training systems.
