About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. As a TSR, you will be responsible for finding, developing, and growing both new and existing customers in your territory. This includes inter-territory support, management, and relationship building of all accounts with multi-territorial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound communications to customers and prospects to identify needs and provide Krayden's solutions.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting complex customer problems, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Respond to requests for proposals, quotes, regional referrals, blanket order requests, and large order pricing/discounting.
  • Utilize customer profile data to target accounts with the greatest potential and match business fit with Krayden.
  • Probing of customer/prospect needs to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for building brand awareness and promoting Krayden's products and services.
  • Responsible for retaining sales in assigned accounts.
  • Development and implementation of Account Plans/campaigns to identify additional business with past purchasers as well as new accounts.
  • Coordinate and execute special product offerings working in conjunction with product managers to increase sales and vendor support.
  • Partner with Marketing, Tech support, and other departments as necessary to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns within Territory.
  • Routine sales travel to visit new and existing customers, attend and participate in relevant trade shows.
  • Attend Krayden and supplier-sponsored training.
  • Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities using available resources.
  • Execute timely preparation of all expense reports, budgets, and other reports as requested by Krayden Managers, customers, and suppliers.
