- Supervise preventive maintenance and ensure timely execution.
- Request spare parts and consumables in advance to ensure proper maintenance.
- Support operations by achieving manufacturing-production department objectives.
- Manage spare parts flow and consumption in the maintenance warehouse.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
- Train and qualify staff, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Prepare root cause analysis reports and KPI monitoring reports.
- Upload maintenance records and follow up on internal and external audit reports.
- Prioritize fault resolution and activities.
- Enforce safety regulations and comply with personnel requirements.
- Administer the technical staff attendance system and manage shifting roles.
- Coordinate the Plant Ergonomics Program and assist with spare parts purchases.
- Closure of Safety Actions and Quality initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Solid understanding of electrical, electronics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Practical experience in tooling and PLC, lean principles, and project management.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- CNC Machines hardware maintenance experience.
- English language proficiency (95%).
- Proven leadership experience and ability to work under pressure.
- Availability for time and shift changes.
